About David S. Pawlowski
David S. Pawlowski has over thirteen years experience representing individuals and organizations in all aspects of estate planning and estate litigation, including Trusts, Wills, Probate and Medi-Cal Planning. Mr. Pawlowski steadfastly maintains that an attorney that handles trust and probate litigation and the drafting of estate plans provides the client with a uniquely skilled attorney. Too often, practitioners that draft estate planing documents but do not handle estate litigation, fail to comprehend or lack the requisite knowledge to avoid common pitfalls that can jeopardize the validity of the documents or have unintended consequences. In many instances, an improperly drafted document can be challenged by the individual the document was meant to exclude or protect.
Mr. Pawlowski’s knowledge and expertise is sought out by other law firms that typically do not handle litigated estate matters throughout Southern California, including San Diego, Orange, Los Angeles and Riverside Counties. Additionally, Mr. Pawlowski conducts numerous seminars and speaking engagements regarding estate planning. Mr. Pawlowski has also handled numerous real property disputes and maintains a California real estate license.
A graduate of California State University, Fullerton in 1989 and from Cal Western School of Law in 1993, Mr. Pawlowski is a member of the California State Bar, Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Law Section, San Diego County Bar Association and was recognized as an attorney in the National Edition of Who's Who in America. Mr. Pawlowski is licensed to practice before all courts in California, including the Supreme Court of California and the United States District Courts, including the Eastern, Southern, Northern and Central Districts. Mr. Pawlowski lives in Del Mar with his family and actively participates in local community events, including coaching his son's baseball team.
